Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to Canada and throughout the USA, including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

How long does it take to ship orders?
Most items ship within 24 hours, but some items may take 2 days to package and ship. Occasionally, items which are ordered direct from the manufacturers as opposed to distribution, can take a week longer to ship because they are made to order, by hand.

Are There Shipping Surcharges on Certain Products?
Yes, some large and/or delicate items have a shipping surcharge which will be calculated upon checkout.

Who do you ship with?
All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
Sorry, no. We can only ship to standard street addresses. P.O. Box addresses are not accepted by our system and UPS will not deliver to them at all.

What Happens If My Package Arrives Damaged?
In the rare case that your order arrives damaged, please contact us ASAP. Simply take digital photos of the damaged package/goods as soon as it arrives, contact us so we are aware of the damaged item, and forward us the images of the damaged package and goods. Once it is determined that the item is damaged, we will immediately ship a new package/order to you free of charge.
